The International Judicial Academy is a not-for-profit educational institution chartered by the District of Columbia. It has been granted exempt status as a non-profit corporation by the United States Internal Revenue Service under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Academy annual information returns to the Internal Revenue Service (Form 990) for the past three years are available for public inspection at the Academy offices at 1616 H Street N.W., Suite 204, Washington, D.C. 20006. Copies of these returns and copies of the Academy exemption application to the Internal Revenue Service and exemption letters from the IRS may be obtained by writing to the Academy at the above address, or by e-mail request at ijaworld@verizon.net, or fax letter to the Academy at 202 828 7803. The only charge for these copies will be copying and mailing expenses.
